Network for Good
Identity Rebrand & Website Design
Network for Good is a donor advised fund that connects organizations to charitable causes, facilitating billions of dollars in giving. The CEO reached out as I was taking a brief break between roles in 2023, so the timing was perfect. The organization has been in existence since 2001 when executives from Yahoo, Cisco, and AOL originally formed it, and they were ready for a full refresh.

Additional Project Notes
The team at Network For Good was incredible to work with. As I spent time doing 1:1 interviews and facilitating group workshops, they were very engaged and the insight and collaboration that resulted was highly valuable and productive.
Key Decisions
For the logo, we landed on the direction of a logotype rather than a logomark (using pure text rather than a symbol). We also went with a vibrant palette that offered excitement to complement the "boring" mechanics of their financial instrument.
The One Bummer
About a year after we completed the project, the parent company (Bonterra) enforced a name change, reducing the brand to "For Good." I was unavailable to work on a second version at that point, so they did a modification internally which is now reflected on their website.

Project Contributor
I love bringing additional creatives in to collaborate with me when the project calls for it.
Austin worked on developing the icon and illustration sets with me on this project. I've known him for a while, and it was fun to get together with someone literally from the neighborhood at our local coffee joint. www.austinpetito.com
