Events & Audience

Coming together in person with colleagues, peers, and connections is on the rise. I've thoroughly enjoyed creating some amazing events seen here.

Connexions: Annual ConnexPay Client Conferences

I had the pleasure of planning and executing two annual client gatherings for ConnexPay alongside my absolutely amazing Event Marketing Manager, Lisa Murphy. These were months-long engagements that involved destination research, venue budgeting and selection, sponsorships, signage, entertainment, and global travel coordination.

Project notes for Connexions

Connexions as an experience brand for ConnexPay

Relationships and customer satisfaction were paramount at ConnexPay. The name Connexions had been used the year before I joined as a play on the company name and it resonated well. I created a sub-brand as we prepared for the next year's conference, which would double the size of the previous. As we hosted more events, the Connexions name was used for all of them, including not only the annual conferences seen here, but also for an executive hosted gathering on the coast in Barcelona as well as a Dream Racing event in Las Vegas.

2025 - The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess

Scottsdale, AZ

Events pictured above included our outdoor welcome reception, a full day of presentations, demos, and networking, 1:1 executive + client meetings, golf, cocktail reception, and dinner with entertainment.

Logistics included designing and printing signage for wayfinding and events, badges and agendas for attendees, presentation design, as well as sponsorship posters. I also worked internally to coordinate the speakers, topics, and agenda for the sessions to ensure our clients got the most out of them.

Sponsors included Kount, Visa, Mastercard, and UATP

⭐️ The feedback we received on our post-event survey was beyond positive from both the staff and attendees.

2026 - The Fairmont Grand Del Mar

San Diego, CA

Events pictured above included a seafood boil welcome dinner, keynote speaker Sharon Gai, ConnexPay presenters, networking, golf, a beach front hike in La Jolla, and a closing reception with cocktails, dinner, and entertainment.

Logistics included a new website for registration, location details, and agenda, along with printing signage for events and wayfinding. Again, I coordinated the speakers and topics while also designing the presentation to go along with each session.

Sponsors included Equifax, Visa, Mastercard, and UATP

⭐️ The feedback survey garnered rave reviews once again across the board

Collaborator

Lisa Murphy - I cannot say enough amazing things about her as a teammate, planner, coordinator, and hustler through these events and the many more she worked and led for our team at ConnexPay.
